Advertisement of a NIR-SCANNER for polymer identification in waste shipments

The Danish EPA is looking to purchase a NIR-scanner for polymer and textile identification. The purpose is to improve the ability of the Danish EPA to conduct inspections according to the Waste Shipments Regulation of transboundary waste shipments of plastics and textiles.

The requirements for the device are described in further detail in the advertisement material.

Advertisement will start Wednesday the 5th of November 2025 and run until Wednesday the 26th of November 2025 with the deadline for submission of tenders being Wednesday the 19th of November 2025.

Tenders must be submitted by e-mail to pelup@mst.dk. Delivery of the NIR-scanner must take place Friday 19th of December 2025 or before.
