Survey of phenol
This survey is part of the Danish EPA’s review of the substances on the List of Undesirable Substances (LOUS). The report includes an introduction of the substance and presents available information on the use and occurrence of the substance internationally and in Denmark, on legislation concerning phenol. It compiles information on environmental and health effects, on waste management and on alternatives to the substance.
Kortlægning af phenol
Denne kortlægning er et led i Miljøstyrelsens kortlægninger af stofferne på Listen Over Uønskede Stoffer (LOUS). Ud fra tilgængelig viden indeholder rapporten en introduktion til stoffet og indeholder blandt andet en beskrivelse af brugen og forekomsten af stoffet internationalt og i Danmark og om lovgivningen der er relevant for stoffet. Rapporten sammenfatter viden om miljø- og sundhedseffekter af phenol, om affaldsbehandling af phenol og om alternativer til stoffet.
