The report describes the Danish consumption in 2004 of ozone-depleting substances and the consumption and emission of industrial fluorinated greenhouse gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6). The consumption of the ozone- depleting substances is negligible in 2004. The emission of the f-gases is calculated to about 797,000 tons CO2-equivalents (accordingly to the Global Warming Potential of the substances) compared to 745,000 tons in 2003. HFCs used in the refrigeration sector are by far the most dominant source.
