Better control of nanomaterials

Nanomaterials open up opportunities for new products, but also concerns for the environment and health. In 2012 the former government and the red-green Alliance allocated 24 million Danish Kroner for a four-year effort, aimed at shedding light on nanomaterials. The effort was named "Better control of nano" and the goal was to obtain more clarity on exposure routes and impact on consumers and the environment. This report presents the results of "Better control of nano" and summarizes the main conclusions of a total of 30 reports that were prepared during the four years of effort.
