Cross-flow filtration of Fruit Juice


A new filtration method, that can be used to filter a wide variety of process fluids from the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, has shown promising results. This filtration method comprises of two filtration systems: a filtration system for pre-filtration and aæher one for further clarification. The advantages of using this filtration technology when compared to the use of filter aids are related to economy, working conditions, environment and quality.
